La Planeta de Agua (Arriba!)

La Planeta de Agua (Arriba!) is a planet in the Earthworm Jim television series. It is home to Bob the Killer Goldfish and a vast number of normal fish, which Bob frequently tries to organize into an army he can use to conquer the universe. Every time the announcer says the planet's name, a high-pitched Mexican voice similar to that of Speedy Gonzales says "Arriba!" immediately afterward.
